Answer:  If your car has a Bluetooth car stereo radio system, please turn off the car's Bluetooth and then connect to our car play to use.

Question: How to improve the situation where the bracket falls off?
Answer: After our market research, we have improved the sticky glue on the self-adhesive bracket to avoid the possibility of falling off as much as possible. Please wipe the horizontal surface clean before using the bracket.
